Preschool options in HR needed w all day care

I have a 2 yr old who turns 3 in July. I am looking for quality preschool with a long day option for her FOUR days a week (ugh). I work in The Dalles and will need preschool/ care from 8:30 to 5 Mon-Thurs (days may be flexible). I can't believe the prices in HR! help!
