German playgroup I am starting and will be hosting a new German playgroup here in the gorge. I am fluent in German and am teaching my kids to speak it as well. The Gorge Heroes Club partnering with the Hood River American Legion Post #22 has announced it's spring line up of Middle School dances at the Hood River National Guard Armory.
The first dance will be held January 29th. Hot dogs, chips and soda will be served from 6-7pm with the dance to follow until 10PM. All proceeds from the dance go towards monthly care packages that GHC sends out each month to local deployed troops.

German playgroup every Thursday afternoon 3-5. I am starting and will be hosting a new German playgroup. I am fluent in German and am teaching my kids to speak it as well. I have a 2 yr old who turns 3 in July. I am looking for quality preschool with a long day option for her FOUR days a week (ugh). I work in The Dalles and will need preschool/ care from 8:30 to 5 Mon-Thurs (days may be flexible). I can't believe the prices in HR! help!

I am taking my 4 yr old to Mt. Hood Meadows skiing for the first time. I would like to create a carpool with other families interested in taking their kids to the mountain this winter. I'd prefer to go on Thurs or Fridays when the crowds are less, but willing to go on Saturday as well. Time of day is flexible.
